Three gardens within the district have been handed Inexperienced Flag awards – Manor Gardens in Exmouth, Connaught Gardens in Sidmouth and Seafield Gardens in Seaton – which East Devon District Council (EDDC) stated is testomony to the dedication of their StreetScene groups.
However the council now desires residents to return ahead to assist maintain the gardens in the absolute best situation.

Paul Fealey, EDDC horticultural officer, is behind the plan to create the teams and can assist volunteers because the plan progresses.
